ORGANIZER, SCOPE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply in addition to individual contests conducted by Juwelo Deutschland GmbH. Legally required information about individual contests can be found on the respective contest medium (postcard, website, social media platform).

ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above who reside in the European Union or Switzerland and are already registered as customers of Juwelo Deutschland GmbH. Employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and their family members are excluded from participation.

Eligibility is limited to those who have validly participated in the contest by 11:59 PM on the specified deadline date.

PRIZE

The prize, details of participation, drawing, announcement of the winner, and winner notification are specified in the abbreviated terms of participation, which can be found on the respective contest medium (postcard, website, social media platform).

Cash payment of the prize value or exchange of the prize is excluded. The right to the prize is not transferable. The right to the prize expires if the winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or does not accept the prize.

ORAL INFORMATION / WRITTEN TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

If oral information about the contest (e.g., in the moderation) contradicts the above General Terms and Conditions or the terms of participation of individual contests, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions or the written terms of participation of the respective contest exclusively apply with regard to the conflicting information.

DATA PROTECTION

All personal data of the participant will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and handling the contest. Unauthorized disclosure to third parties, including use for advertising purposes, will not occur. After the contest is concluded, the participants' data will be immediately blocked and subsequently deleted within the technically required routines. Every participant is free to revoke their participation in the contest and their consent to the storage and use of their data. The revocation should be sent to "customerservice@juwelo.com". Deletion of data results in exclusion from participation in the contest.
