1.Three ways to get your jewellery piece:
Pay attention to the price and bid when your desired price is reached. The price can still fall, but it will never rise again. All participants in an auction pay the same, lowest price.
Want to buy the jewellery piece shown in the live broadcast? Here's how it works:
1.1By phone
call one of the following numbers and follow the voicemail instructions. By pressing the appropriate button on your phone, you will confirm your bid. Registration before bidding is not necessary - our customer service will call you back and then create a free customer account.
1.2Via the bidding function on juwelo.com
On www.juwelo.com/live-auction you can not only follow our TV programme, but also bid with just a few clicks. Our bidding agent will easily guide you through the first registration and you can then bid comfortably.
1.3Via the Juwelo (Rocks & Co.) app
download the app for free on your smartphone or tablet with Apple or Android operating system. Activation takes only a few moments. The bidding agent function allows you to easily bid and bid from anywhere with Juwelo. Learn more about our app here.
2.Payment
The payment of your jewellery piece purchased in our live program will be made via a payment method previously selected by you. You can change it online at any time.
After the end of the auction, you will receive a confirmation of your bid via email.
3.Shipping
Depending on the chosen payment method, the shipment will usually be handed over to our logistics partner DHL on the next working day and will make its way to you. You will also receive a shipping confirmation. More information on shipping can be found here.
